This is an English translation of our Polish privacy policy.

This privacy policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit meblebieniek.pl and who contact us about a quote for, or the making of, made-to-measure furniture.

What data we process and why

We process the data provided in the initial quote form (first name, phone number, email address, project location, project description and any attachments) solely in order to:

• answer your enquiry and prepare an initial quote,
• take further steps towards concluding and performing a contract for made-to-measure furniture,
• contact you by phone or email about your request.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the consent given when sending the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as necessary to answer your enquiry and – if we work together – for the duration of the contract and the period required by law (for example tax and accounting regulations). The data of people with whom no cooperation followed is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.

Recipients of the data

Data may be entrusted to providers of our email and website hosting services, only to the extent necessary for the contact form to work properly. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics tools

Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data you have the right to:

• have your data erased or its processing restricted,

• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, the Polish supervisory authority).

Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary for us to prepare an initial quote and get in touch with you.
