Why it is worth talking to a carpenter

Quick answers to specific questions

On the phone we can explain straight away what is possible in your room, which materials make sense for your budget and how long the project will realistically take. Emails take longer, and details easily get lost.

The details that decide the result

Carpentry is all about details: dimensions, sloping ceilings, how the doors open, appliances, lighting. Discussed at the start, they do not cause surprises at the end. After our conversation we arrange a measuring visit at your home.

Personal advice

We will suggest solutions you will not find in a catalogue: units up to the ceiling, recesses, awkward spaces. We have been doing this since 1937 – across four generations.

Visiting the showroom

See and touch the materials

  • Samples on site. Lacquered and veneered fronts, Kronospan boards, worktops and fittings – real colours and textures, not photos.
  • A talk with a designer. Together we agree the layout, functions and budget, and then show you the design and visualisation.
  • The workshop nearby. The workshop is a few minutes from the showroom – you can see how and from what your furniture is made.
