SLIDING WARDROBE – DETAILS

In our opinion, a wardrobe intended for storing clothes should be equipped with a recess that will be approximately seventy cm deep. Thanks to the additional ten cm, our coats and jackets will not wrinkle. It is worth introducing ten-centimeter recesses for electricity, thanks to this we can introduce lighting into the wardrobe, which is currently becoming more and more popular.

SLIDING WARDROBE – HOUSING

We can create a wardrobe for you that includes a back, sides, bottom and ceiling. Additionally, you can choose to attach the bars to the walls. When you decide to build a complete wardrobe, you have to spend more money and take into account less space in a given room. It is worth choosing it when the recesses are uneven. When it comes to the bottom of your sliding wardrobe, you decide between the invisible border and the plinth frame.

Sliding wardrobes have become extremely popular in recent years as the number of people living in apartments increases. As already mentioned, they are very space-saving and satisfactorily spacious. In such a wardrobe you can put almost everything, from clothes to toys and tools. Thanks to their size, they can be placed in very old places to provide help and the space they offer. Due to all the information contained above or in this text, we recommend this type of furniture to everyone with a clear conscience.

SLIDING WARDROBE - GENERAL INFORMATION

Sliding wardrobes are a popular variant of wardrobes, their advantage is that when they are opened, they do not take up additional space. The disadvantage is that there is no full view of the inside of the wardrobe. The inaccessible zone is always behind the wings (the narrower they are, the smaller the zone). It is important that the division of the interior matches the fronts. Without this element, there will be a blind spot to which you will not have access. You should not use its entire width.

Sliding wardrobes are perfect for small rooms, e.g. next to doors or in narrow corridors. They are perfect for sloping wardrobes, larger, identical surfaces can be easily integrated into the middle. In this type of door, the fronts move thanks to running mechanisms equipped with wheels. The leaves can rest on guides at the bottom or be suspended from a rail at the ceiling/wall. In the second system, after opening the door, the border may be invisible. In individual systems, there are wheels at the top and bottom (one is for stabilization, the other is for supporting the weight). Sometimes they are held in a different way to avoid rocking. Another solution is to install a C-section in the floor and install a guide to the bottom of the door leaf. This will prevent the door from tilting away from the track.
