What does cooperation with our carpentry shop look like?
1. YOU MUST CALL US
We will guide you through the entire process of cooperation with our carpentry shop, discuss details and requirements. If you have any questions, we will be happy to advise you and solve your doubts and problems.
2. YOU PREPARE A HAND DRAWING
If you have a visualization, send it to us by e-mail for a preliminary quote. If you do not have a design, you must draw your vision of the furniture by hand with estimated dimensions and describe the requirements.
E-mail quote is free and non-binding!
If you need our carpenter to visit your apartment, it is possible to arrange a paid quote.
3. PRELIMINARY EVALUATION
After receiving the email, we try to prepare an estimated quote as quickly as possible. We try to keep our quote as close to the target cost as possible. Typically, the pricing error is approximately +/- 15%
4. TAKING MEASUREMENTS
We will make an appointment with you on a selected date at your premises in order to take the exact dimensions necessary to produce good-dimensional and high-quality projects.
5. PREPARATION OF CARPENTRY PROJECTS AND TARGET QUOTE
When ordering any piece of furniture from us, you receive a technical drawing with dimensions and a visualization, which we send by e-mail. This is a very important element of cooperation because at this stage we can make any changes. We make the final valuation.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECTS AND SIGNING THE AGREEMENT
We sign the contract and determine the final costs. On the day of signing, we collect a deposit of 50% of the order value. We determine all the details of cooperation and the day of installation of the ordered furniture. Signing the contract constitutes automatic acceptance of the submitted projects and you will no longer be able to make changes.
7. PRODUCTION IN THE CARPENTRY SHOP
Our carpenters make every effort to ensure that the equipment we produce for your apartment is of the highest quality and lasts for years.
8. FURNITURE ASSEMBLY AT THE CUSTOMER'S SITE
We want to complete the carpentry work in your premises as quickly as possible, for us it means more free time, and for you it means ready-made furniture in a short time.
9. SETTLEMENT
We collect payment for our work only after installation and acceptance by you are completed.
